Product Manager

What you’ll be working on

• Defining and executing the product vision for our platform and the app.
• Developing a long-term product strategy aligned with the company’s business goals.
• Managing the full product lifecycle, from idea to launch.
• Conducting market analysis, defining features, creating roadmaps, and collaborating with developers, designers, and other team members.
• Gaining deep insights into user needs, analyzing user data, and proposing product improvements.
• Using A/B testing methods to optimize features and improve conversion rates.
• Ensuring effective communication and coordination across all product-related activities.

Your agenda

• Keep a pulse on travel industry trends and identify new opportunities for our product.
• Analyze competitors’ products to identify their strengths and weaknesses.
• Create a clear and understandable vision for our product, and develop a long-term strategy, including priorities, timelines, and success metrics.
• Organize and evaluate user testing, then propose enhancements to the user interface based on findings.
• Regularly monitor key product metrics such as user numbers, engagement rates, and conversion rates to identify areas for improvement.

Who we’re looking for

• A user-focused product manager who is passionate about creating meaningful experiences.
• Someone with a Lean startup approach
• Someone with a few years of product management experience who fits into our startup culture and social vibe (a touch of punk is a bonus!).
• A strong communicator with good English, Czech or Slovak is an advantage.
• A proactive problem-solver who enjoys taking ownership of their work.
• Someone open to learning and experimenting to achieve the best results for our users.
