Performance Marketing Specialist
As a Performance Marketing Specialist, you will be in charge of managing and optimizing performance marketing campaigns with a key focus on international growth. Your expertise will be instrumental in shaping the strategy for Worldee's global expansion and driving successful results across various markets. You’ll have the opportunity to work with a talented team, make data-driven decisions, and contribute to building a truly impactful platform.
What You'll Do:
- Own and optimize PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, Sklik, and other platforms with a strong focus on international markets.
- Design and implement performance marketing strategies on a global scale, testing and exploring new advertising channels.
- Analyze data and performance metrics, providing recommendations for optimizing conversions and maximizing results.
- Collaborate on creating and optimizing landing pages that speak directly to international audiences.
- Work closely with the CMO and team members to report on results and provide insights for continuous improvement

Who We're Looking For
We’re looking for someone who has:
- Proven PPC campaign experience (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Sklik) and optimizing campaigns for international markets.
- Familiarity with analytics tools (such as GA4, Looker Studio) to drive informed decisions.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to manage your workload effectively.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present findings and ideas to leadership.
- Fluent in Czech and English at a conversational level.
