In this hybrid role of Sales and Customer Care Specialist, you will play a key part in building relationships with our customers (not only) in Germany and providing top-notch service. You’ll be actively engaging with interested customers, helping them find the best destinations, and guiding them through the entire booking process, all while ensuring their journey is unforgettable. You will:
- Engage with customers: Actively reach out to customers who have shown interest in our services, assist with their trip planning, and help finalize bookings.
- Provide excellent service: Offer the best customer support via phone, email, and chat, addressing any queries or concerns.
- Handle reservations and changes: Assist with modifying bookings and ensuring everything runs smoothly for our travelers.
- Manage admin tasks: Oversee payments, process orders, and manage related administrative work.
- Build loyalty: Establish long-term relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction and encouraging repeat business.
- Collaborate across teams: Work with colleagues to continuously improve our services and processes.
- Constant development: Be proactive in your personal growth and career development within Worldee.
Who we’re looking for
