Product Designer

As a Product Designer at Worldee, you'll take ownership of turning ideas into reality by combining UI and UX thinking to create designs that are not only visually beautiful but also deliver excellent usability and customer experience.

You’ll work independently to bring creative concepts to life — creating stunning visuals for our mobile and web apps.

We’re looking for someone who thrives on making things happen — someone who enjoys taking ideas, mockups, sketches, and drafts and transforming them into polished, user-centered designs that people love to use. You’ll collaborate with a “sveřepý” team where your work will be seen (and used!) by thousands of travelers around the world.

What You’ll Do:

• Combine UI and UX thinking to create designs that are not only visually beautiful but also deliver excellent usability and customer experience.
• Turn ideas, wireframes, and concepts into ready-to-use designs for our mobile and web apps (think UI elements, icons, graphics, screens, and more)
• Follow the creative direction (with consultation support when needed) and make sure everything feels consistent and on-brand.
• Collaborate with Product as well as Developers and Marketers to make sure the designs fit into the bigger picture.
• Help build and maintain our design system as we grow.
• Take feedback in stride and tweak designs until they’re just right.
• Think customer-first: practice customer-centric design thinking across all your work.

You’ll love this role if you:

• Have a strong portfolio of product design work (mobile and web app projects).
• Are highly independent — you know how to take ownership of tasks and move designs forward without needing constant supervision.
• See collaboration with the (external) Head of Design more as occasional consultation rather than active day-to-day leadership.
• Mastery of tools like Figma (our main tool); experience with Adobe tools is a plus, but not required.
• Are detail-oriented and deliver production-ready assets with pride.
• Enjoy turning creative ideas and directions into beautiful final designs.
• Are independent, organized, and open to feedback.
• Communicate clearly and work well with others
• You enjoy the fast pace and occasional chaos of a startup environment
• You're based in Prague/Olomouc (or nearby) and ready to collaborate in a hybrid setup
