Your challenge will be to:

• Lead the research and implementation of AI tools that automate processes and improve our internal workflows.
• Build AI strategies that can enhance how we work with partners, including local guides and Destination Management Companies (DMCs).
• Collaborate with various teams to bring AI-driven improvements to customer-facing services, from trip planning to personalized recommendations.
• Provide leadership with insights on market trends and AI opportunities to help us innovate continuously.
• Develop and scale AI solutions that improve the scalability and efficiency of our operations.
