🌍 About the Role

We're looking for someone to join our Customer Care team with a focus on U.S.-based travelers, while also supporting our Czech customers. The primary working hours are 14:00-22:00, to match U.S. time zones and ensure we’re available when our travelers need us most.

You’ll be the go-to person for customer inquiries, supporting users from their first question to the moment they return home - making sure their Self-guided journey is smooth, enjoyable, and stress-free.

What you’ll do:

  • Communicate with our customers daily via email and phone in both English and Czech
  • Help solve customer questions and requests related to trips, itineraries, payments, changes, additional services, and practical travel matters
  • Managing trip-related changes, requests, and administration - updating orders, adding extra services, working with payments, and handling other related tasks throughout the entire customer journey (before the trip, during the trip, and after they return home)
  • Helping customers navigate our offer and recommending the most suitable destination or specific Self-guided trip option based on their needs
  • Collaborating with other teams across Worldee to make sure customers always receive accurate, up-to-date, and consistent information
  • Occasionally close sales directly from Customer Care - if you help a traveler find their dream trip, there’s a bonus in it for you too
  • Shared 24/7 emergency line - we divide these shifts fairly across the team, and you’ll be able to choose your preferred slots in advance

Who we’re looking for?

We’re looking for a smart and communicative junior who enjoys working with people and isn’t afraid of the diverse day-to-day agenda that comes with the world of travel. No need to worry if you’re just starting out - we’ll teach you everything you need to know. What matters more to us than previous experience is your willingness to learn, sense of responsibility, and overall attitude.

Ideally, you:

  • Speak English and Czech at a communicative level (spoken and written)
  • Have travel in your blood and can naturally connect with customers who are excited to explore the world
  • Enjoy talking to people - whether it’s helping, explaining, reassuring, or finding solutions
  • Can work independently, take initiative, and own your responsibilities
  • Like keeping things organized and know how to prioritize your work
  • See the bigger picture and think about things in context, not just task by task
  • Stay calm when things don’t go according to plan - because in travel, surprises happen, and that experience will be useful on your own adventures too
  • Are confident, proactive, and always looking for ways to improve yourself and the things around you


Nice to have (but not required):

  • Another language
  • Any experience in customer care or sales
  • Any experience in travel or the travel industry
