🌍 About the Role
We're looking for someone to join our Customer Care team with a focus on U.S.-based travelers, while also supporting our Czech customers. The primary working hours are 15:00-23:00, to match U.S. time zones and ensure we’re available when our travelers need us most.
You’ll be the go-to person for customer inquiries, supporting users from their first question to the moment they return home - making sure their Self-guided journey is smooth, enjoyable, and stress-free.
What you’ll do:
- Communicate daily with customers (via email and phone) in both Czech and English.
- Answer questions about itineraries, bookings, payments, and practical travel matters.
- Help customers make changes to their trips, add services, and resolve issues.
- Recommend destinations or trip variations based on travelers’ needs.
- Collaborate with other Worldee teams to ensure all info is accurate and consistent.
- Occasionally close trip sales directly from support (with bonus opportunities!).
- Take turns on our shared 24/7 emergency line (you’ll schedule this ahead with the team).
Who we’re looking for?
This role is based in Olomouc, so we’re especially looking for someone with a strong command of English, confident enough to support U.S. travelers smoothly and professionally.
Ideal qualities:
- Speaks Czech and English fluently (spoken and written).
- Enjoys communication and helping others.
- Organized, reliable, and proactive - able to own your tasks.
- Curious, adaptable, and eager to learn.
- Comfortable solving problems, even when plans change.
- Has the ambition to grow with the company - not just do a job, but build something.
Nice to have (but not required):
- Experience in customer service or sales
- Travel industry experience
- Additional languages
