🌍 About the Role

We're launching a new growth channel at Worldee — the Bookable Itinerary Network.

Travel bloggers around the world have already written hundreds of thousands of detailed itinerary articles: "10 days in Iceland", "Costa Rica road trip", "Madeira with kids". Their readers click, plan, and dream — but the booking lives somewhere else. We change that.

Our widget turns a blogger's existing article into a bookable trip: their route, their stops, their structure — with a one-click booking layer that delivers flights, accommodation, car, and route guide as one package. Bloggers earn commission on every booking. Readers get the exact trip the blogger actually recommended.

Your job is to find those bloggers and bring them into the program.

You'll own the full partner journey — from first outreach to onboarded, active partner. You'll be the first dedicated hire on this program, working directly with our Chief Growth Officer to scale a brand-new acquisition channel. Real ownership, real impact, real numbers to hit.

What you’ll do:

  • Drive consistent outbound to travel bloggers using our automation and AI tooling — sourcing, personalization, and follow-ups are largely automated. Your job is to drive the strategy, run quality control, and keep the system improving — not to manually mine lists or write emails one by one.
  • Run discovery calls via Calendly — pitch the program, demo the widget, close partnerships.
  • Onboard signed partners — coordinate with the team to turn their itinerary into a bookable Worldee trip, walk them through the widget, and get them live.
  • Account-manage your portfolio — track performance, surface optimization opportunities, expand active partners from 1 article to 6+ over time.
  • Improve the playbook — weekly friction log so the program gets sharper week over week.

Who we’re looking for?

This role is based in Olomouc, so we're looking for someone with strong communication skills in both Czech and English — confident enough to build trust with international bloggers and run polished sales calls.

Ideal qualities:

  • Sales background — you've owned a pipeline, run cold outreach, or worked as a BDR/AE/Partnerships rep.
  • Comfortable with automation-first sales — you'd rather scale a system with the right tooling than send 100 emails by hand. CRM experience is essential; familiarity with marketing automation tools is a strong plus.
  • Speaks Czech and English fluently (spoken and written — writing is a big part of this role).
  • Comfortable balancing hunting (acquiring new partners) with farming (managing existing ones).
  • Self-managing, organized, and comfortable in a program that's still being built — you'll shape the playbook, not just follow one.
  • Curious about travel content, blogs, SEO, and how creators monetize.
  • Has the ambition to grow with the company — not just do a job, but build something.


Nice to have (but not required):

  • Affiliate, partnerships, or publisher-relations experience
  • Travel industry background
  • Worked with content creators or influencers
  • Understanding of SEO and content marketing

We'll be happy to teach you the rest. The important thing is that you enjoy building relationships, can run a structured sales process, and are excited to scale acquisition through smart tooling.

What we offer?

  • Fixed base: 30,000 – 45,000 CZK / month, complemented by a performance bonus with no upper limit. Top performers on similar programs earn 80,000–90,000+ CZK total. Your results set the ceiling.
